I had a decent stay at the hotel. The location is perfect if you're planning to visit the O2 Arena, as it's right across the street. The staff was absolutely polite and helpful, but the overall organization seemed lacking. While the rooms were clean and quiet, I wouldn’t describe them as particularly comfortable or cozy. Overall, it felt like a good value for the price, but there are certainly some areas for improvement.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, making the stay enjoyable. However, the room I stayed in was quite hot and lacked fresh air, and the dining options were very basic. Despite these issues, the hotel provides good value for money, especially with free parking available just outside.

This hotel features an excellent location close to public transport and shopping, making it convenient for quick visits. Unfortunately, the rooms were not very clean, and the service left a lot to be desired, which really impacted my experience. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is really convenient, just a short walk from the Metro and quite peaceful. Unfortunately, my room wasn't very clean and I heard a lot of noise from the elevator. The service was friendly, especially Mr Igor, who went out of his way to help. However, the breakfast choices could use some improvement.
